Meet Tanner!

Hi! My name is Tanner,  Founder and Principal of Cascadia HR, a Victoria-based people operations and executive search consulting firm. I partner with organizations to deliver thoughtful, high-impact HR and talent solutions that strengthen leadership, elevate culture, and support long-term business success. My background spans multidisciplinary team leadership, HR operations, labour relations, recruitment, performance management, and organizational design across both government and corporate environments, giving me a well-rounded perspective on the realities of modern business.

Being raised in an entrepreneurial family, I developed an early appreciation for ambition, adaptability, and the importance of strong relationships in business. That basis continues to shape my approach today: practical, credible, and deeply people-focused. Supporting an employer in building their team or helping a candidate navigate their next career move, I bring a strategic and personal lens to every engagement.

Through Cascadia HR, I offer HR consulting, executive search, and headhunting services designed to create strong matches between organizations and talent. I works with employers seeking capable people who align with their culture and goals, and with candidates looking for the right opportunity to grow and thrive.
